Data are sourced from NM Environment Department’s daily updates of rapid responses in the last 14 days.

Addresses are geocoded with either US Census data, or OpenStreetMap, and mapped onto a CARTO/OpenStreetMap basemap. The map is pan-able and zoom-able, the default view is Albuquerque but data for all of New Mexico are included. Red circles without numbers are locations from the Rapid Response data (e.g., locations with one or more rapid responses in the last 14 days), circles with numbers indicate multiple locations. Hovering the mouse will show the location name, or the area covered for circles representing more than one location. Clicking will show additional details about the location, including address, and number of rapid responses, or zoom in for circles representing multiple locations.

The Missing Coordinates tab lists the locations which could not be geocoded, and are therefore not on the map.

DISCLAIMER: The data have been provided in good faith, and ought to be largely accurate. However, geocoding can fail, so the provided map should be considered informational only. If you need to check if a particular location has had multiple rapid responses, use the table and filters, and use multiple variations to ensure that typos or alternate spellings have not been used.

Data are refreshed automatically around 6 pm Mountain Time, by which point NMED has usually updated their site. Refresh the page (F5) to import any new data.
